Paws PerX Return and Refund Policy
Cancellation and Returns:
- 1. If you wish to cancel an order before it's dispatched, please do so promptly. Once dispatched, you may refuse delivery or contact customer service for assistance.
- 2. You have 30 days from delivery to return your order, except for:
- Made to measure products
- Samples
- Products not in perfect condition or original packaging, with removed labels or missing documentation
- Assembled, built, lubricated, or modified products
- Others as indicated on listings
- 3. Damaged or short goods should be reported as per paragraph 7 of the terms and agreements.
Faulty Items:
- 1. You can return faulty items within 30 days of receipt. Contact us immediately at sales@pawsperx.com . We'll aim to assist via email/telephone and provide spare parts free of charge within 6 months.
- 2. We may request images or inspect the product before accepting a return. One repair attempt will be made before accepting a return.
- 3. Some products, such as those requiring regular maintenance or suffering wear and tear, are exempt from returns.
Additional Points:
- 1. After 6 months, customers must prove the fault existed upon delivery. Bundle Hive Inc. reserves the right to deduct from refunds for fair use.
- 2. Warranties are non-transferrable and only valid for the original purchaser. Bundle Hive Inc. isn't responsible for purchases from resellers.
- 3. Returns should be sent to our main warehouse address to avoid delays.
- 4. Refunds for compliant returns will be processed within five working days. Non-compliant returns will be refused, and return shipping charges may apply.
- 5. For faulty/damaged returns, shipping costs will be refunded up to $20 USD. Bundle Hive Inc. isn't liable for other shipping costs.
- 6. Buyers must return goods with all parts, pay return postage, and ensure items are new, unused, and undamaged in original packaging.
- 7. Collection services may be available at a charge.
- 8. All returns must be received within 30 days.
- Additional packaging for returns isn't provided. Buyers are responsible for packaging to prevent damage.
